Lionel Alexander is Vice President and General Manager of Printing & Personal Systems (PPS) of Ireland. In this capacity Lionel and his team are responsible to Drive Growth for Home, Office and Large Format Printing. This includes Business Development and R&D.
One of Lionel’s key accomplishments was the transformation of a total manufacturing site in Leixlip to encompass R&D, Marketing and Global Consumer and Office Business Leadership.

Gina speaks on behalf of Business in the Greater Dublin Region promoting a competitive and internationalised business environment and providing extensive networks for Business Development. The Chamber is a leader in the development of a strong vision for a successful and sustainable Dublin Region.
Gina started her working career with Lansdowne Market Research, he then joined the Irish Trade Board where she worked with a variety of companies on export market development, in Europe and USA. Having completed her MBA, Gina joined the Rehab Group in 1989, then took on the role of CEO of Gandon Enterprises, the Commercial division of the Rehab Group.
Gina is a recipient of the Alumni of the Year award from UCD Michael Smurfit Business School. Gina is a Chartered Director and member of the Institute of Directors and a member of the MBA Association of Ireland.

Kevin Green has been the Chief Executive of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation since June 2008. The REC is the professional body for the UK’s £25 billion private recruitment and staffing profession.
Previously, Kevin was HR Director at the Royal Mail, where he was responsible for all people-related issues for the business with 165,000 employees. He was part of the leadership team which transformed the business from losing £1 million a day in 2003 to making over £600 million profit in 2007.
President of ERF Ms Barbara McGrath will give insight of what is ahead for the year for the ERF and its members while ERF’s Vice President Frank Farrelly will look at facts and figures of profession performance both at home and around the globe and will also look at the trends that have developed over the past year.
The Conference will be chaired by ERF secretary Louise Nolan.
Helping the ERF launch the conference was Clara Finnegan from Lusk County Dublin.
