Candidate Management Workshop

Then join Ciara Spillane and ERF Skillnet for an in-depth Workshop in Candidate Management. 

The sessions will focus on the following areas:

• – Candidate experience including how to understand a candidate’s motivation

• – Candidate screening

• – Managing the interview process

• – Salary management and offer closing (including how to deal with the dreaded ‘counter-offer’ scenario)

• – Communication

You will leave feeling much more confident about managing (and helping) your candidates more effectively on a day-to-day basis.

**The sessions will be delivered by Ciara Spillane, Coach , Facilitator and Trainer who has over 20 years experience within Recruitment, working for global companies such as Hays, Google and Microsoft. She holds a Masters in Coaching Psychology and Positive Psychology and is currently studying for a Masters in Psychology and Mental Health. She is a popular speaker at career, leadership and well-being events and a regular contributor to the Irish Times, Irish Independent and other publications.
