Geraldine King – Introduction to the event
Our own Geraldine King is the CEO of the recently renamed Employment & Recruitment Federation. She is also an Executive Committee Board Member & National Federations Committee Chair at The World Employment Confederation (WEC).
KEYNOTE SPEAKER:
Sonya Lennon – Master of Ceremonies & Keynote Speaker
Sonya has over 30 thirty years’ experience in the fashion industry. Designer, Broadcaster, and businesswoman, Sonya is a multi award winning Social Entrepreneur, having founded global not for profit initiative Dress for Success in Ireland seven years ago. Through her work, she has campaigned for equality in the workplace for women by addressing the Gender pay & opportunity Gap. A passionate supporter of Irish Design, Sonya sat on the board of DCCoI for six years and has grown her own clothing brand Lennon Courtney, which now sells into thirty countries. Sonya is a founding board member of LIFT, Leading Ireland’s Future Together.

Paul Healy –
As Chief Executive of Skillnet Ireland, Paul is also an expert in Human Resources, labour market policy, corporate governance and public affairs, with over 20 years executive level experience spanning both the semi-State and private sectors.
He is a member of Ireland’s National Skills Council, National Training Fund Advisory Board, the EU Commission Skills for Industry Policy Group and the European Digital SME Alliance. He is also a Member of the Skillnet Ireland Board (ex officio). Post-graduate lecturer in Human Resources.
He is a respected analyst, international conference keynote speaker and regular media commentator on talent development.
Caitriona Lannen O’Brien –
Caitriona spent over 18 years working for the Irish Times (8 of these as Head of Irish Times Jobs & Education) before moving to LinkedIn. Her current role, as a Regional Sales manager for LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions Business, allows her to hire, develop and manage a world-class sales team. This team helps sales leaders across various industries in the UK & Irish market to leverage LinkedIn as a talent solution. They help their customers to implement relationship-based sales strategies at scale.
She also has the privilege of leading their Account Executive & Relationship Management team across UK & Ireland, which contributes over $12 million pa.
We will start with a light lunch at 12 noon, then have an introduction to the event. We will then have our main speaker for the day, followed by a lively and topical panel discussion.
