People Management Workshop – Caroline Lyons, The HR Suite

Join ERF Skillnet and Caroline Lyons (HR Consultant) from The HR Suite for this 2 part virtual training course.

Run as 2 x 2 hour modules (over 2 days), this course is aimed at Team Leaders and Managers/Owners. 

On completion of this course participants will have an increased understanding of people management skills and emotional intelligence in the workplace. The aim is to increase staff morale and productivity through effective people management skills.

Module 1 (Day 1) will look at Training, Probation Management, Communication and Managing your Team.

Module 2 (Day 2) will cover Motivation, Engagement, Influencing plus Work Supports & Supervision Techniques.
